We put our longevity down to a mixture of many things. We have a policy of no hard-sell. No one wants to feel pressured in their own home. So we come visit you, free of charge, have an informal chat, tell you what you need to know, ask you a few questions, then you receive a written quotation, with the best price given in the first place. No silly sales gimmicks or discounts – this is added money taken back off again!

We also focus on installing the highest quality product possible. There are too many companies still focusing at the bottom end of the quality ladder. But for 31 years, B & P Windows has always focused on installing the most reinforced frame, the locking mechanism with the most locking points, the hardest door panel to break through, the most energy efficient window.

A high quality of workmanship is also one of our most important priorities. The installer we use only work for us, and are all qualified joiners – giving you that piece of mind, knowing someone experienced is going to be installing your new windows, doors or conservatory.

Our after sales care has always been one of our most talked about qualities. Our customers know that if they have a problem down the line, they know that we will be out to see them as soon as possible and rectify what ever issue they may have. There’s nothing worse than putting your hard earned money in a company’s hands, then that same company not coming to solve a problem you may have a few years down the line.
