• From the order being placed, our surveyor will carry out an extensive survey from which your products will be ordered.
• If the order is for a conservatory/orangery/porch and requires planning permission, B & P Windows will produce technical drawings and plans to submit to your local council planning department on your behalf.
• We will then contact you in writing to arrange a convenient fitting date. If the order is for a conservatory/orangery/porch, a time schedule will be provided setting out provisional installation dates and times.

Installation Process for Conservatories

• Once order has been placed, a planning application with drawings, all provided by B & P Windows will be submitted to the local planning authorities (if required).
• Once the application has been approved, final measure of the conservatory can proceed.
• When the final measure has been completed, the products can be ordered. Once ordered we can then provide you with a fitting schedule. This will set out all areas of work, and what dates these are due to start. Arranged at your convenience.
