On our roofline installations we fit Eavesguard and Birdguard to run under the existing sarking roof felt and lap into the gutter. The Eavesguard is a reinforced sarking trim that is sufficiently rigid enough not to sag, deform or deteriorate so that any rain entering the eaves during high winds cannot penetrate the roof but will drain into the gutter.

 

Our range of ventilated fascias and soffits come in a wide variety of colours and wood grained effects, making sure there is a choice to suit every taste and style of property.
