STEP BY STEP ROOFLINE INSTALLATION

  1. By law, scaffolding will be erected to allow for a correct installation and minimum fuss to the customer and neighbours.
  2. The first rows of roofing tiles will be removed to allow the existing fascias, soffits and guttering to be removed.
  3. If required, new rafter ends may be fitted to ensure a firm, level fix of the soffits and fascias.
  4. A fascia ventilation system is fitted above the fascia boards.
  5. Under the first row of tiles a strong non-degradable roofing membrane is fitted, as well as birdguard.
  6. Complete new soffits, fascias and guttering are now fitted.
  7. New PVCu bargeboards and soffits, with complete new box ends are fitted in place of the existing timber bargeboards and gable end soffits.
  8. Dry verge end caps can be fitted as another alternative to sand and cement verges.
  9. As another option, wood grain effect is available in Rosewood or Light Oak.
  10. A continuous white dry verge may also be fitted to gable ends.
