B & P Windows was established in 1981 and has enjoyed 40 continuous years of trading in Wakefield and the wider West Yorkshire area. Without changing our company name or suffering the stereotypical difficulties the double glazing industry often has, we have built up a very strong local reputation for market-leading, high-quality home improvement products, backed up by first-class customer service.
We originally began manufacturing and installing timber windows and doors in the very early years. But as PVCu began to take off in the UK, we switched over to the new material and have continued to prosper ever since.
We pride ourselves on our customer service during all parts of the sales process. We never cold call customers via the phone or knock on any doors. All home owners are welcome to visit our indoor window and door showroom or outdoor glazed extension show site at their leisure, without appointment. Home owners ring us to book their own appointments.
We also don’t use any hard-sell or pressure tactics. This is one of our fundamental principles, and is one of the biggest reasons why home owners buy from us. We always give our customers the very best price in the first place. No starting at exorbitant prices then dropping several levels. No false “sales” or “discounts”. No pressure sales tactics in the home. Just a laid back, thorough, professional approach, with a focus on design and style, with all prices submitted in great detail and in writing after the initial home visit.
