Following the expected decision from Government yesterday evening that the current lockdown measures are to remain in place for another three weeks, we have decided that for the safety of our customers and staff, that our offices will remain shut for this new lockdown period, with existing installations paused until we return.

This remains a difficult decision to continue with. But as a company we are determined to do all we can to contribute to ensure the country moves safely past the most dangerous phase of this crisis.

However, we are now working on an estimated return to work on Monday 11th May. This is based on the assumption that another review will take place in three weeks time, on Thursday 7th May. We hope that the news from the Government is positive, and that certain restrictions are lifted which would allow us to return safely to work.

To prepare for a possible reopening, we are already putting plans into place with regards to social distancing measures on both installations and sales/survey procedures. More about these plans will be announced on our website in the coming weeks.

The above is subject to the Government review, expected on May 7th, and a decision will only be formally approved by our team at that point.

For those who currently have installations planned with us, should the news be positive, we will be in touch with you on Friday 8th May to begin rebooking your installation. Those with the earliest installations as per our original scheduling will be contacted first. We will explain to you the plans put in place to ensure your safety during the fitting of your home improvements, and we ask that you work with us to make sure these are followed.

During these next three weeks, we remain open remotely to provide quotations online, and have been doing so since the start of lockdown. We are taking pre-orders from customers right now, at a special reduced deposit of just 10%. Those who place pre-orders during this time will be put on a fast-track list that when we reopen will be contacted to arrange for final surveys to take place and products put into production.

We thank you for your ongoing patience during these difficult and uncertain times. Your safety, as well as our staff, is the single most important thing right now, which is why we have taken the decision we have.
